Great Things Take Time

Make each day a little less ordinary. Just on a hike and reaching the edge of the lake with a pier to reflect, Jesse Tam. Strive to continue with things you've always wanted to try.  Keep changing regardless of curves or log jams, they are just temporary and continue with your journey.. Start with small steps and continue the stride as you adapt to challenges and change. Those who venture and  do what matters will be fearless.  https://electjessetam.com/

Set your goals, follow through with your plan and don't fear those who whisper...strive to make changes for improving other people's lives, community, volunteering, support and leave things better for others.

Do not worry if you're not where you want to be yet.  You will get there!  Remember, great things take time.

Take the Trails

Nature is the place for us to preserve and recharge. How often do we take time from busy work schedules to seek a quiet place to think and reflect?  Jesse Tam, create a few hours to spend time once a week or monthly with friends and family.

Festivals and Events for Puget Sound

What is your memory of summer activities?  Seattle Seafair and return of the Blue Angels Hydro races is one of the festivities for families and all ages.  Jesse Tam, there are so many community parades, farmers market, local concerts, food vendor, crafts and artisits during the summer.  The Seafair Torchlight parade returned after 2 years bringing a fun filled event starting from the Seattle Center area to downtown Seattle on 4th Avenue.  The evening was filled with marching bands, colorful floats, dance teams, Seafair pirates, Seattle police and many sister city assocations, etc.

People lined the streets of 4th Avenue early afternoon to reserve front curb side spots for families with chairs and coolers to stay hydrated throughout the day. Here's a great link to check out events for the month of August.  How about a concert in the park, cSar show, free moving in Tacoma, logging festivial, rocks and gems, Seahawks practice, Mariner's baseball and so many more...

Take time and enjoy the fantastic weather outdoors and sunshine.  It's a perfect way to take a break from working at home to go venture to try new things.  https://jessetam.wordpress.com/ stay connected

Traditions to Remember

What a year to remember as the month of December brings many traditions for us to share.  Jesse Tam, it's the season filled with holidays and things we remember from sharing with our friends and families.  The late night movies, playing in the snow, camping outdoors or maybe in the backyard.  Oh, those are just a few of the things from way back in time.  Many of the things we enjoy and look forward to this holiday season are finally back and open.  We can go to outdoor and indoor sports events after these were not available for over a year.

The fun holiday lights and a brief trip over the snowy pass to Leavenworth is always a great time to see the decorations and festive weekend to enjoy the snow, music, food and sleigh rides acoss the field.  Closer to Seattle and greater Eastside are Zoolights, music for the holidays at Westlake Center, plays and Snowflake Lane reopens with live entertainment for all ages every evening beginning at 7 pm.

Take time and make a list for the month filled with activities and spend a few hours bundle up and go outdoors.  Keep the spirit with jolly good cheers and enjoy the season...
