Olympics 2012

 Olympic games will soon begin on July 27th, London.  Teams will be ready for the spectacular event.  It will be viewed over 200 countries with the world's biggest opening ceremony.  Over 10,500 athletes competing for the gold, silver and bronze metals, 26 sports ... Let the games begin! 

Which country will be the first to medal a gold, Russia, England, China, Greece...friends will be viewing  watch for the athletics. 

'Ring of Fire'

Be ready...where will you be viewing?  On the campus with friend Jesse, the observatory, Coit Tower, outdoor...The northwest will be able to see the most amazing solar ellipse on Sunday, May 20th. This spectacular 'Ring of Fire' will be visible from Asia to some regions of North America.  East coast will miss this event.  It will occur late afternoon or early evening on May 20 in North America and May 21 for Asia.

Dozens of  National parks will host viewing parties.  Reserve your spots at Grand Canyon National Park, Bryce, Redwood, Zion, Lassen Volcanic. Take precaution when viewing and never look directly at the sun.  The next ring of eclipse visible in the United State will be October 2023 if you miss this.
