The long warm weather this year has brought record temperature and little rain to the northwest region. August is the time we look forward to Seafair Hydro races on Lake Washington with the arrival of the Blue Angels and Navy Fleet ships docked at Seattle's waterfront. Jesse Tam, one of the favorite times to spend on the lake and experience the summer festival.
Seward park will be filled with out of town and local visitors to see the exciting hydro races on the water. Many private boats are watching on the log boom viewing the stunts of the Blue Angels. The shows are amazing and I-90 bridge will be closed to traffic during their performances. Families will lined along the bridge on bikes or walk to see their fly overs, you will definitely hear the roaring of the planes overhead.

Saturday windstorm in the Seattle area left residents without power and destruction as wind and rain hit the area. Jesse Tam observed fallen branches, trees and light signals out while driving back from the city. About 463,000 people across the Pacific Northwest lost power due to the high-speed winds, which were up to 63 mph in Washington.
