Festivals and Events for Puget Sound
What is your memory of summer activities? Seattle Seafair and return of the Blue Angels Hydro races is one of the festivities for families and all ages. Jesse Tam, there are so many community parades, farmers market, local concerts, food vendor, crafts and artisits during the summer. The Seafair Torchlight parade returned after 2 years bringing a fun filled event starting from the Seattle Center area to downtown Seattle on 4th Avenue. The evening was filled with marching bands, colorful floats, dance teams, Seafair pirates, Seattle police and many sister city assocations, etc.
People lined the streets of 4th Avenue early afternoon to reserve front curb side spots for families with chairs and coolers to stay hydrated throughout the day.
