Spring In the Northwest

Spring in the Northwest with Jesse Tam  This year was a record high temperature for the Northwest region with early arrival of spring flowers, cherry blossoms and tulips in the fields. It's true, we had a few days of 80 degree temperatures breaking another record for 2016.  We know spring is around the corner when the annual Boat Show was held in late January-February and the opening season for baseball in April with the Mariners season.

Another favorite place suggested to view the city is from West Seattle along Harbor Avenue and Alki beach. Enjoy a stroll along the beach or bike on the path with your family or pets. Traffic can get heavy and difficult to find parking when the weather is warm.

The beach provides places for picnics and barbecues.
Drop in for a snack at the local eateries for ice cream, coffee, sandwiches and great dining.

Who can resist the beautiful flower at the market.  Visiting Pike Place Market is always a favor for locals and out of town visitors. It brightens the soul watching the people, smell of fresh produce, flowers, crafts, music and more.  Each day is unique with events throughout the year.

Plan ahead during the summer months and reserve your accommodation's early visiting Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.  The cruise ship industry to Alaska brings additional tourist to the region with hotels filling to capacity.  jessetam  read more blogs and update
