HNA Holdings agreed to purchase Oki Golf's 8 premier properties for $137 million. As part of the property sale, Oki Golf Management will be retained to manage daily operations for each course in its portfolio.

The eight golf courses are: The Golf Club at Newcastle, Washington National Golf Club, The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge, Trophy Lake Golf & Casting, Harbour Pointe Golf Club, The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie, The Plateau Club, and Indian Summer Golf & Country Club. The 1,880 acres of property are home to 180 holes, complete with clubhouses and other amenities
