Personal committment and planning takes making a goal. It's a great time to change our daily tasks and create healthly habits. Jesse Tam, let's start by taking time to review and jumpstart with gradual steps. Select a goal and make priorities to make it successful. Concentrate on one thing and focus on it one at a time. Make a list and reveiw the task to see the results along the way.

Find ways to overcome obstacles
Brainstorming with others
Make a plan or list of your goal
Re-evalute the results of your plan
Changes take time and doesn't happen overnight. It may take several months or years before we are able to accomplished when a goal is set. The end results will sometimes require us to modify our plans from the beginning. There are no easy sets, but continue striving to reach the goal.
